3. Simulation & Toolpath Enhancements

A handful of important changes were made to improve simulation behavior and toolpath accuracy:

  • Resolved gouging issues with Profit Milling during mold roughing

  • Stock now updates properly during spindle transfers in simulation.
  • Several crash scenarios related to pocketing, grooving, and toolpath rebuilds were resolved.

These fixes make ESPRIT 2025 more stable and production-ready, especially for shops running complex parts and tight schedules.

4. Bug Fix Highlights

Addressed issues in these areas:

  • Add-ins: Fixed an error where the 3D connection motion controller couldn't load
  • CAD Exchange: CATIA assemblies now correctly display the Feature Tree

System stability: Rebuild and grooving operations no longer cause crashes
These smaller fixes help refine the overall experience for everyday users.

Why You Should Update Now

Staying current with the latest version of ESPRIT helps you:

  • Ensure compatibility with updated CAD platforms
  • Avoid issues related to outdated system components
  • Take advantage of performance gains and stability improvements
  • Prepare for future releases that will require Windows 11

🔒 Note: An active Software Maintenance Contract (SMC) is required to install and use ESPRIT 2025. If you're unsure about your status, reach out to your account manager or PMT support.

This is more than a routine update—ESPRIT 2025 sets the stage for future innovation.
