VISI 2026.2 is focused on improving everyday productivity with enhancements across CAD, CAM, EDM, and PMI workflows, along with numerous stability and performance improvements throughout the software.
Smarter CAM Programming
This release introduces several machining improvements, including the official release of Adaptive Feedrate for 2-axis roughing, better Global Finishing options, Waterline enhancements, and improved profiling and roughing performance. Numerous fixes also address toolpath generation, collision handling, and machining reliability.

Enhanced EDM Workflow
EDM users will benefit from a more streamlined electrode workflow with new collision checking, electrode mirroring, simplified tip creation, improved project organization, and better stock definition tools. These updates help reduce manual work and improve project management.

Improved CAD & Modeling
VISI 2026.2 adds new modeling capabilities such as 3D Wrap for solids, enhancements to Circular Bend and Cage Morphing, and several sketching improvements that make creating and modifying geometry more efficient.
Better PMI & Documentation
The release expands support for semantic PMI with improved Surface Finish annotations, smarter text association, and tighter integration with Assembly Manager, helping teams produce more consistent manufacturing documentation.

Greater Stability Across the Platform
In addition to the new features, VISI 2026.2 includes a large number of fixes across machining, modeling, interfaces, assembly management, reverse engineering, and data exchange, delivering a more stable and reliable experience for day-to-day programming.
