Production Machining Technologies (PMT) announces the expansion of its customer support services for Hexagon CAD/CAM solutions, including DESIGNER, ESPRIT, NCSIMUL, SURFCAM, VISI, and WORKNC.

As part of this transition, customers previously supported directly by Hexagon will now be supported by PMT. This change is intended to provide a more direct and responsive support experience, with a stronger focus on day-to-day needs, training, and long-term success.

PMT has been supporting ESPRIT and other Hexagon solutions across North America since 2022, working closely with manufacturers to help implement, troubleshoot, and improve real-world CAD/CAM workflows.

Shawn Schwartz will serve as a primary point of contact for many accounts. He brings experience across NCSIMUL, SURFCAM, VISI, and WORKNC., and spent 16 years at Hexagon helping manufacturers implement and improve their CAD/CAM processes.

All existing licenses, pricing, agreements, and service terms will remain unchanged. The only change is that future orders and ongoing technical support will now be handled through PMT.
