VP of Sales & Operations
Mark Wuethrich brings over a decade of experience in engineering and manufacturing. He launched his career in Agricultural Engineering and later moved into roller chain manufacturing, where he handled everything from fixture design to machine shop supervision.
A transition into operations management sparked his passion for CAD/CAM software and solution-based selling. With firsthand experience on the shop floor, Mark brings real-world insight into the manufacturing challenges PMT customers face.
At PMT, Mark leads company growth and operations, while mentoring the Business Development team. At home, he enjoys life with his wife and four kids—spending time together, playing games, and hosting loved ones. After a family cancer recovery miracle in 2024, he’s especially grateful for every moment.

George Nacarato
Engineering Manager
George Nacarato brings over 15 years of experience in precision machining, mold design, and technical support, with a foundation built during his time in the U.S. Marine Corps. There, he developed a disciplined, strategic mindset while specializing in innovative manufacturing and critical equipment repair.
In the private sector, George led international mold design initiatives, streamlined CNC operations, and improved efficiency through training and process optimization. His leadership style focuses on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement.
At PMT, George leads the Application Engineering team across pre- and post-sales efforts, driving accountability and supporting technical sales. Outside work, he enjoys camping, hiking, and watching live sports with his family—and their golden doodle, Annie, who keeps things lively at home.

Mariano Torrez
Customer Success Manager
Mariano Torrez has over 15 years of experience in software support, customer success, and project coordination. He spent 11 of those years in government services software, specializing in payment processing and enhancing user experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings cross-cultural communication skills to every role.
At PMT, Mariano champions client success from onboarding through long-term support. His background spans technical support, customer engagement, and creative production, allowing him to lead with both technical acumen and clear communication.
Outside the office, Mariano is a creative at heart—producing music, flying drones, gaming, and working on video projects. Born in Nicaragua and based in Pittsburgh, he enjoys strong Nicaraguan coffee, a good cigar, and time with his wife and two children.
